Key grammar

  • -Preterite tense for completed past actions
  • -Ir a + infinitive for near future plans
  • -Gustar construction — the thing liked is the subject, 'le' is required: 'a él le gusta'
  • -Indirect object pronouns: me, te, le, nos, os, les (used with gustar, encantar, interesar, doler, etc.)
